The execution and processing of legal enforcement (collection and legal activities) on this platform is an independent offering of myRight Verbraucherrechte GmbH, which holds the necessary registration under the Legal Services Act (RDG).
Insofar as activities fall within the reserved area of legal practice and are not covered by the collection permit, these are legal services independently provided by the attorney named in Section 3.
Insofar as a matter is referred to external attorneys from the network, Legal Warrior Technologies GmbH provides exclusively technical and referral services.
